Safety and your pet’s comfort is our number one priority. We’ve worked hard to implement and enforce clear safety policies. We are an open door salon, which means you are welcome to tour our salon and we welcome any questions including those regarding our operations and procedures.
Safety, Comfort and Sanitation are our top priorities when it comes to serving you and your pets. We implement and enforce a very strict cleaning and safety protocol. We are an open-door salon which means you are welcome to come in and speak with us for any questions you may have regarding grooming or our operations and procedures.
We take your pets physical and mental comfort very seriously. We want your pet to enjoy their pampering. If your pet views any part of the grooming process as stressful, our staff will work with them to help make the process feel less stressful. This could mean using different types of equipment that may be more tolerable, using positive reinforcement when they exhibit a behavior that we like, taking extra time to help your pet feel more confident and secure with their groomer as well as offering expedited services for pets that cannot tolerate the stress of being groomed, medical reasons or those pets who are not able to be confined to a kennel. Our staff will help your dog develop a routine when they come to see us, so they know what to expect and help make this experience and future experiences become less stressful.
You can feel confident leaving your pet with the staff who will treat your pet as their own.
What affects pricing?
Grooming services are not entirely priced according to the dog’s size. There are many variables that affect price such as coat type, condition of the coat, the temperament of your pet and the amount of time your groomer needs to spend working on your dog.
We may be able to give you an estimate of base price but that is not a guarantee as we have yet to get hands on your dog. We are more than happy to give you a call during your pet’s groom to give you a more accurate estimate before pickup if we find matting, if your pet is not tolerating the grooming process well or if the condition of your pet’s coat is worse than what we initially thought.
