You may bring your animal companion or if your animal friend doesn’t travel well you may bring a photo of your animals with their eyes fully visible, past or present, on regular paper or picture stock.

If you do not have a hardcopy photo then you may download the Walgreens app to your cellphone and send them to Walgreens they will print them off for you so you may bring them to the appointment.
